While we believe that our systems are so easy to use, they require no training,
we certainly realize that not all users will grasp new software concepts in exactly
the same manner. This is why we offer a variety of training platforms for
our systems including training manuals, training videos, classes, on-site training
sessions and even live online training so that we can remotely control and direct
the training process. Our trainers also serve double duty as help desk support
staff so they are highly aware of the ins and outs of our systems – they have
to be, it’s their daily task to support users of our systems across the country.
Beyond training, our End User Help Desk staff will not only respond to your calls
immediately, but we have remote access to most systems and servers, so if we see
an issue with your organization, we can correct it in one place quickly before it
impacts others within your system. Our help desk is available for both live
phone and online support from 8am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays
from 9-3 EST.
